Handling and Packing
All orders are handpicked and packed. Please allow 48 business hours for us to prepare your order before shopping.

We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping can take 5-10 days depending on the time of year. We
We currently do not ship outside of the united states. We are working on launching international shipping as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Tracking Your Order
You will be provided a shipping confirmation once your order has been packed and picked up by the courier. Please keep this information for reference so you can check on your order and ensure you can track its transit.
We do all we can do on our end to make sure you’re shipment is handled correctly. Once it is picked up for delivery. Shipping times and delivery schedules are not under our control once the package is out for shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to outside conditions.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient address, we will reach out to you for a corrected or an updated address you would like your package mailed to.
Each time we ship a package we must purchase a shipping label. A shipping charge will be incurred to ship to a different address.
If we do not hear back from you on a corrected or updated address we will refund the order minus the shipping costs.
Any package that is returned marked “unclaimed,” “insufficient address,” or “refused” will not qualify for a shipping refund. Please make sure to verify your address is correct at checkout.
Many of our products in the shop are handmade. This means hours of work went into your unique and beautiful piece. Due to the fact that it did not come off a factory line each piece will have unique features and sometimes tiny imperfections that we call character. These are not flaws in the design but instead, love in the stitches. We appreciate your support of handcrafting.
We know you’ll love your products as much as we do but if you are not completely satisfied with your item we can help you make the return process as easy as possible.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not happy for any reason. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packing and in brand new condition.
Please also save your proof of purchase or invoice so that we can access your order as it is essential to your return.
Here’s how to request a return.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the customer happiness team will provide you with the return instructions. Once received we will send you a return label.
- Return the order or items with the return label provided.
- Wait for your refund confirmation.
Once your return is received please allowup to 3 business days for us to inspect the item and log it. Once your return is cleared we can footer you the refund or gift card to be processed.
Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are handled exactly the same as returns except you’ll receive a gift card for the amount
We carefully inspect and ship all packages but in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item please immediately email email@example.com and attach a photo of the actual product received with the damage clearly shown.
We will either send you a replacement or process a refund according to what you prefer.
While we work diligently to make sure we fufill your order correcyl sometimes mom brain happens! If you receive the wrong item we apologize and we will happily and quickly exchange it for you.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item you received along with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and as soon as the item is shipped back we will ship the correct item as soon as possible.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
